This group of trusted friends are not that big but on every meeting, we feel that there are new faces represent from different level in position of directors, sales, operation personnel.<br></div><div><br></div><div>The success was dependant on strong communication  an interpersonal  skills from different members which help to understand the day to day operation and business direction for individual company, that include the culture and standard of operating procedure.</div><div><br></div><div>From the way that the Goal committee whom has spent countless efforts handling the conference, it is more than just a personal holiday.
